Description:
Gold Tip Euonymus has attractive gold-variegated green foliage which emerges gold in spring. Gold Tip Euonymus will grow to be about 60cm tall at maturity, with a spread of 4m. Gold Tip Euonymus is a multi-stemmed evergreen shrub with a ground-hugging habit of growth. It produces pink capsules from mid to late fall.
This shrub performs well in both full sun and full shade. It is very adaptable to both dry and moist locations. It grows at a fast rate, and under optimal conditions can be expected to live for approximately 30 years. It tends to fill out right to the ground and therefore doesn't require facer plants and works as an excellent ground cover. In addition it can be used for screening.
Helpful Care Instructions:
This shrub will require occasional maintenance and upkeep, and can be pruned at anytime. Gardeners should be aware of insects that may require special attention.
